Up to $150,000 ($25,000 in CT) in Benefits

Protect the ones you love

If you’re age 18-60, you can help protect your family with this coverage. Get a quote and select the coverage amount that’s right for you. You will receive your Certificate/Policy of Insurance from the insurance company once your Application is approved. Then take up to two months to examine your coverage, at no cost to you. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, simply notify Stonebridge Life to cancel within two months of receipt and you’ll owe nothing.

Choose your benefit amount

Simply select a coverage amount of $150,000, $100,000, $50,000, or $25,000 to best fit the current needs of your family. You are fully covered from the first day of your insurance plan for death caused by any covered illness or injury.

Your coverage will not decrease

Once you’re insured, the benefit you choose now can’t go down as long as the coverage remains in force, regardless of your age or any changes in your health.

No annual rate increase

Once insured, you don’t have to worry about premiums increasing every year. Your initial rate is determined by your age, gender and tobacco status at time of application and stays at that level for the first 5 years. Then your new rate stays the same for the next 5 years, and so on.

Non-tobacco users pay less

If you have not used tobacco products in the last 12 months, you pay lower premiums than tobacco users – a reward for your healthy lifestyle.

No medical exam needed

And no one has to come to your home. Just answer the health questions on your Application Form. Issuance of the coverage will depend upon the answers to the health questions in the application and is subject to our underwriting guidelines and criteria.

Your coverage can’t be cancelled

As long as your premiums are paid when due, your coverage cannot be cancelled by the Company until you reach age 65 at which time your coverage will expire. At age 65, while your coverage is still in force, coverage may be converted to whole life coverage, in like or lesser amounts only. Premiums for the converted policy will be based solely on the insured’s age at the time of conversion.

Guaranteed renewable

Once you are insured by this plan, your coverage is guaranteed renewable for as long as you pay the premium, up to age 65. At age 65, and while your coverage is still in force, you may convert this term life insurance plan to whole life coverage offered by the Company at that time – regardless of your health at the time.

Term Insurance Exclusions

The only exclusion for this coverage is suicide, while sane or insane, within two years (one year for residents of Colorado and North Dakota) from the Policy Date is a risk not assumed by us. In such event, we limit the amount payable to the total premium paid. Missouri only: Suicide is no defense to payment of life insurance benefits, nor is suicide while insane a defense to payment of accidental death benefits, if any, under the Certificate where the Certificate is issued to a Missouri citizen, unless we can show that you intended suicide when you applied for this coverage. Afterwards, there are no exclusions to the payment of benefits. Please see your Certificate/Policy of Insurance for complete information for your state.
